Guardian Cleaning Management Ltd is a commercial cleaning company that covers Kent and Surrey. The senior management within Guardian Cleaning have over 30 years experience in the industry. We mix our existing values with innovative industry practices. Our goal is to provide our clients with a problem free cleaning service.
There are opportunities to support this division as well as other companies within the group including a ski company, a business support academy and a charity.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated person to work in our office.
The duties of an Administrative Assistant will include:
Updating & maintaining staff records
Ordering supplies / stationery and health & safety equipment
Contributing to reports
Preparing files for new sites
Liaising with suppliers / clients.
Processing suppliers invoices
Supporting with ad hoc office errands such as posting items
Skills and personal qualities
Well organised and able to work as part of a team

Business and Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship
NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
Functional Skills
Expected Duration:
12 to 18 months
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have experience of using Word and Excel.
Qualifications Required:
You must have a good command of English and maths
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic candidate who is able to work on their own initiative.
Well organised and able to work as part of a team.
Future Prospects:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be an opportunity to progress within the company
