Location: Horsham/Crawley

Salary: £20k-£25k

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a dynamic and bright Property Manager to join a busy and friendly Property Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a large portfolio of tenancies
• Issuing works orders
• Ensuring gas safeties are up to date
• Advising utility companies of meter readings and new tenancies
• Securing tenancy deposits and registering them
• Dealing with deposit disputes`
• Serving appropriate notices
• Liaising closely with the lettings and accounts teams
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Ensuring appropriate charges are made for all services
• Chasing late payments of rent
• Organising check in's and check outs

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven background within lettings or property management
• Natural problem solver and the ability to resolve complaints through to resolution
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation
• Customer focused
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Full UK driving license
