The Role

Our client has an immediate Site Management role, initially to be leading a £4m 13 unit residential build in the Crawley are. Further onward projects will be across Sussex & Kent.

You will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout construction. You will be responsible for new build and refurbishment projects between £1m and £7m within the private, commercial and local authority sectors.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be in the region of £50,000 - £56,000.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a background in Site Management and will be comfortable working on £1-5m sites. You will required the following as a minimum:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
