Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Insurance Telesales Agents to join a company based in Hove.
This is a permanent role for an immediate start!
Previous Telesales/Call Center experience is 100% required.
Job Responsibilities of an Insurance Telesales Agent:
- Cold calling new and existing customers.
- Sell and promote insurance and warranty products.
- Enter into the computer system all customer data on customers account.
Job Qualifications of an Insurance Telesales Agent:
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Skilled at developing and maintaining trust and good relations with customers.
- Able to work as part of a team and to organise work schedule according to objectives to be reached.
- Ability to speak and write well in English.
- Good listening and communication skills when dealing with customers.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: Basic of £19,500 + Uncapped commission.
