I have an exciting role to work front of the house for a role based in Haywards Heath.

Key Responsibilities;

• Meeting and Greeting clients
• Diary Management
• General Reception duties
• Ensuring clients' needs are met
• Accurately recording visitors
• Dealing with incoming calls and taking accurate messages
• Diary management
• Administration, photocopying and dealing with the daily post

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience;

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Reception Experience
• Good time management
• Organization skills
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Desire to work alongside animals
