Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with Software Company based in Kent who are on the market for a Junior .NET Developer to join their team. They have created bespoke products which are able to assist their clients in the insurance industry.

This role is for a Junior .NET Developer who has exposure to C#, MVC and Javascript. You will be working within a team which is structured of Developers, Business Analyst and Testers as well as a Front-end team. You will be fully trained on the company’s products with all the support provided so will be able to pick things up quickly.

They are looking for a Developer with a key eye for detail and good organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met, you will also undertake testing procedures and approval prior to release. You will also have the freedom to have input on the solution prior to implementation. What would stand out to them would be someone who isn’t afraid the share their ideas and think out of the box.

There will be frequent training and meetings to ensure you are up to the standard you want to be at in your career, so if there are any technologies you would like to gain exposure to, please feel free to suggest. They also have pluralsight subscriptions so you have the freedom to learn in your own time.

The salary on offer is between £35,000-£40,000, with a non-discretionary bonus, doubled pension scheme, private healthcare, dental cover, eye care, subsidised gym, season ticket loan, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and 09:00-17:30 working hours with a 1 hour lunch break.
