Sous Chef required for a new Restaurant in Worthing

Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to train and develop.

This is one of Worthing's most talked about restaurants of 2019.

The opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge and working with fresh seasonal produce. 

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge in Seafood, Meat or Vegetarian cuisine. 

As the Sous Chefs you will be required to: 

- Run a team within the kitchen during service 

- Manage and organise sections of the kitchen

- Give creative ideas to the Head Chef to help with developing an already popular menu
