Junior Sous

Our client is a new opening high volume restaurant and bar in the Lanes.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous chef to join the busy kitchen brigade.
The Junior Sous Chef will be involved in motivating and leading the team, ensuring food standards are kept high, ordering and supplier liaison, training and coaching more junior staff, assisting with the large functions that are held on site, as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements are met.
The Junior Sous Chef will be paid £12 per hour and will work 35-45 hours per week plus TRONC, as well as receiving the following benefits:
