Newly refurbished service for 16 adults with learning and physcial disabilities is recruiting for support workers to work 37.5 hours per week on 6 week rolling rota.

We will also consider Part Time staff so please apply if you are looking for fewer hours than full time.

You will have the oppourtunity to work in an established service for 16 adults with learning and physical disablities in a service set in Bognor Regis, close to town centre and public transport links. You will benefit from excellent training and development and will also have the full support of a well established management team.

You will be working for a large charity with an excellent reputation for providing exstensive training and development of staff, plus the oppourtunity to study for the NVQ 3.

The service has lots of great facilities including a swimming pool, social area, lifts and newly refurbished kitchens and social area. As well as the current service users there is also a planned respite service and day care so lots going on!

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working with learning disabilities in any type of setting, the most important thing is to have the desire to improve service users lives and outlook through effective communication and promotion of choice in a residential setting.
