Job Title: Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
Location: Hove
Salary: £12,250 per annum
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Our client based in Hove, is looking to recruit a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship to provide support and assistance to the team in a range of administrative functions.
Responsibilities;
- Assisting the department in achieving KPI's through admin support
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients, estate agents and other professional contacts
- Producing work to the required quality standard
- Assisting staff in meeting necessary deadlines
- Providing end to end administrative and clerical support on transactions
- Becoming fluent and proficient with and engaging in the Department's day to day work; the case management system
- To attend to all parties having contact with the organisation
- To ensure the firm's quality and compliance procedures with regards to file management are accurately carried out including timely use of checklists, E-filing, and timely filing of all paper correspondence, attendance notes and time records
Personal Specification;
- Desire to expand the above knowledge and experience skills and develop better technical ability (with training, direction and appropriate supervision)
- Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude to work
- Able to identify priorities within a complex and demanding workload and sustain consistent quality performance when under pressure
- Confident in own abilities and self motivated
- Displays a genuine commitment to assisting with delivering a top quality service to clients
