Job Title: Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Location: Hove

Salary: £12,250 per annum

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Our client based in Hove, is looking to recruit a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship to provide support and assistance to the team in a range of administrative functions.

Responsibilities;

  • Assisting the department in achieving KPI's through admin support
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients, estate agents and other professional contacts
  • Producing work to the required quality standard
  • Assisting staff in meeting necessary deadlines
  • Providing end to end administrative and clerical support on transactions
  • Becoming fluent and proficient with and engaging in the Department's day to day work; the case management system
  • To attend to all parties having contact with the organisation
  • To ensure the firm's quality and compliance procedures with regards to file management are accurately carried out including timely use of checklists, E-filing, and timely filing of all paper correspondence, attendance notes and time records

Personal Specification;

  • Desire to expand the above knowledge and experience skills and develop better technical ability (with training, direction and appropriate supervision)
  • Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude to work
  • Able to identify priorities within a complex and demanding workload and sustain consistent quality performance when under pressure
  • Confident in own abilities and self motivated
  • Displays a genuine commitment to assisting with delivering a top quality service to clients
