KSD Support Services Limited (KSD Group) is one of the fastest growing, privately owned, building maintenance and facilities management support services companies in the UK.
Due to recent contract awards, KSD Support Services LTD are seeking experienced Ground workers in the Sussex area, tarmacking experience is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Tarmacking/Concreting
· Block paving/paving/kerb laying
· External drainage works and replacement
· CSCS/Asbestos Awareness- minimum requirement
· Driver with clean UK driving license/vehicle supplied
· Own tools required
· Must have excellent customer facing skills
· Minimum 2 years' experience with checkable references
· DBD check is a company requirement and will be arranged for the right candidates
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Varied- flexibility is a must, call outs and overtime to meet client's expectations
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience.
