An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Clinical Advisor to join our client's team and manage 3 Clinical Advisors.
The successful candidate will be recognised as the clinical expert and be able to provide sound advice to the team of Clinical Advisors and resolve issues identified to improve practice and ensure that the people that the client support, live full lives.
Qualifications:
* Experience of managing a team of clinicians;
* Experience of measuring and monitoring the performance of others;
* Registered Nurse / Allied Health Professional;
* Working knowledge of current issues within clinical practice;
* Evidence of delivering support and advice within a clinical environment;
* The ability to problem solve complex situations;
* Experience of working in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams.
