A company in Horsham are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team. This position will require you to have a robust work ethic, be able to manage a team and the ability to handle pressured situations.

What you'll do:

Supporting the Customer Service Manager
Confident taking over difficult calls from Customer Service Advisors and resolving the situation
Listening in to calls to check they are being carried out professionally and efficiently
Handling complaints on the phone and via email
Looking after the Customer Service team with any issues or enquires they have
Stepping up to manage the team when the manager is on annual leave

What you'll need:

Team leader experience
Confidence dealing with difficult situations
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
To be available immediately
