Sales Manager - £28K plus excellent bens - Haywards Heath
This is such an exciting opportunity, reporting to senior management within this modern and innovative independent business located in Haywards Heath.
This fantastic Sales Manager role will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads and driving member acquisition to achieve growth targets across their diverse membership community and for various accreditations.
A key part of this role involves delivering excellent customer service to prospects and applicants and strengthening the capability and culture of their wider staff team to support member acquisition and sales of accreditations within their evolving sector.
Working closely with the Communications Team to ensure the effective promotion of membership and accreditations through a growing range of communication channels.
Proactively seek and follow up on new member opportunities and persuasively present a growing and innovative portfolio of membership services and accreditations.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sales Manager with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning. They will also lead on developing educational material requirements for each project and devising engaging ways to train their employees to maximise on every sales opportunity.
This role would suit someone in sales and relationship development. Proven experience of member/ client acquisition and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities

It’s a 35 hours per week although some flexibility is expected. During probation working hours are 9am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunchbreak
Starting at 23 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays rising by one day for each full year, to a maximum of 28 days. This will be pro-rata for the first year.
Pension auto enrolment after 3 months. During this probation the business contributes the minimum but after successfully completing the probationary period, the contribution will rise to 7%.
After successfully completing the probationary period which is usually 6 months you can have flexi time, season ticket advance and payment of membership fees to one professional organisation.
