Playing a pivotal part of the management team you will report directly to the Site Manager and lead the team from the front ensuring the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.

Deputy Site Manager - Requirements

A clear proven track record of management experience within Retail, Leisure, Hospitality or Hotels. Guest experience and business results are key in this role and so a focussed passion to set high standards and drive results is a day to day essential management tool that you must possess.

Deputy Site Manager - Responsibilities

The role involves deputising the day-to-day running of the site and leading the team in the absence of the Site Manager. Leading by example and driving the business forward is the key to success. You will adhere to company standards and procedures, motivating and developing your team.

This is a volume hospitality business with the quality of the guests experience at the forefront of the company motive. You will lead a large team in all aspects of brand standards, development, stock control, hygiene checks and health and safety.
