We are looking to recruit a Consultant for our expanding Temp Division to work as a part of the team on the current areas we specialise in including Commercial, Industrial, Catering and Events.

You will be working within a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly focused team on a warm desk with the potential to grow dramatically. The right candidate may not have a recruitment background as such but you will be, dedicated, positive, customer focused and determined, the ideal candidate will have a strong working background and an understanding of how a business works and how to communicate at all levels.

Main functions of the role and attributes you will have are:

• Great communication skills both written and verbally

• Dedication and drive to succeed

• Experience within a successful business environment and an understanding of day to day operations

• Passion for what you do and a willingness to learn and grow within the role

• The role will involve, setting up adverts, telephone and face to face interviewing, marketing the business and our candidates, conversing with clients on a regular basis and developing and building relationships and mainly matching candidates to client jobs successfully

With the years of experience we have within our team the right candidate can learn and be trained to be successful in the role and there will be ongoing training to harness industry knowledge, business development and customer service skills for all consultants.
