Are you are an experienced and hard-working administrator with computer literacy in Microsoft Office software? We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and communication skills to work in our busy admin offices in Time to Talk (North Locality).

Time to Talk is an IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) Service providing therapy within primary care and community settings to patients with mild to moderate depression, anxiety and other psychological illnesses. Time to Talk - West Sussex is a leading high-performing IAPT service.

The postholder will primarily be responsible for taking telephone calls from patients self-referring to the service and booking appointments onto our specialist database. This is a busy and demanding environment, receiving in excess of 150 calls per day. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys dealing with people and can demonstrate excellent patient care. You will work closely with all team members to ensure the efficient carrying out of all admin duties according to patient and service need. You will need to be able to work under pressure, follow instructions and complete tasks as scheduled.

Further career and development opportunities may be available.

The post is based in our Burgess Hill office but postholders must be able to work from our Crawley and Horsham bases as necessary. We have 2 positions available, both are 3-day per week roles (days to be discussed at interview).

Please note that employment usually commences at the start of the salary scale. However, previous NHS employment may be taken into consideration.
