The Client

Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse deputy care home manager for a nursing home in Horsham, West Sussex. The home caters for circa 35 residents and is part of a small group of care homes that have an excellent reputation. The nursing home caters for elderly frail nursing residents.

The Role

This deputy role will mainly be a clinical hands on role. You will work the majority of your week in a clinical capacity but you will have 1 day per week for you to carry out your management duties such as clinical audits, supervisions and help the manager with the day to day running of the home.

The Person

We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and qualifications:

• You must be a registered nurse with active NMC Registration
• You must have experience in nursing homes as a staff nurse, senior nurse or lead nurse
• You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Ideally we are looking for candidates who are already working at clinical lead or deputy manager level in a nursing home

The Salary

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum and you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week.
