Role: Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Fitter

Location: Crawley

Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime (1.5 times), 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, pension, health care and life assurance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:15pm

A well-established manufacturing company have a new vacancy for someone skilled in Mechanical Engineering, either Technician or Engineer, to join their friendly and growing team.

Responsibilities

Mechanical assembly and fitting of equipment.
Working from drawings.
Test equipment.
Ensure equipment is meeting quality standards.
Ensure equipment is ready within production time frames.

Requirements

Completed a recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or hold Mechanical Engineering qualifications
Experience with mechanical assembly and/or fitting work
Manufacturing and/or industrial background
Proactive work attitude and keen to get stuck in
Friendly and adaptable working attitude
