About the Role:
In this role, you will be working as the sole Gardener and Grounds Maintenance Operative of a well-established company based in Brighton.
Your responsibilities of a Gardener/Grounds Maintenance will include:
- The complete horticultural management of existing gardens.
- All general gardening duties including mowing, edging, pruning, planting and fertilising.
- Ensuring gardens are kept neat, tidy and well maintained to create a safe environment for all residents.
This is a full-time, permanent role for an immediate start.
About You:
You take pride in your work and are seeking a long-term opportunity and the chance to take ownership of the external presentation.
Working Days: Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week
Salary: £17,346 - £18,542
(Some overtime, weekends and out of hours may be required).
Requirements of a Gardener and Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- A current, valid driver’s license.
- Certificate I, II or III in Horticulture.
- Extensive work history in a similar role.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS, Criminal Conviction check and Safe Guarding.
