The Place

Based in our group payroll office which is located at our Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa. Our Group Alexander Hotels is a collection of five luxury hotels, in the 4 & 5 star market, based in the South of England.

The Role

Join our Group Payroll Office based at our Rowhill Grange Hotel& Utopia Spa. Mon to Fri 9am - 3pm, 30 hrs per week.  

Working within our friendly and professional payroll office across a range of administrative and payroll tasks supporting the Group Payroll Manager and team.

Main Duties

• Assist in weekly collation of hours for all hotels.
• Organise references for new staff.
• General data inputting/collation of information for the payroll office
• Completing general office duties in support of the payroll team
• Handling internal and external enquiries to the office

Requirements

• Computer literate
• Good telephone manner for handling external/internal enquiries to the office
• Accuracy in data inputting and good attention to detail
• Organised, methodical approach to tasks
• Good general office skills
• Knowledge of Sage payroll software and advantage but not essential.

£13,500 per annum (30  hrs per week)
