Part Time Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant - Early Years

Up to £11 per hour plus commission 

25 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant based at our head office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the UK’s leading Recruitment Agency in the Early Years Sectors.

Job Specifics;

• Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop a good understanding of client companies
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who are looking for new job opportunities
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and arranging trial days
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
• Checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Working towards and exceeding targets
