We are currently recruiting or a Quantity Surveyor to work for a smaller bespoke residential developer in Sussex.

This role will be to work in a small close knit team on a range of residential developments, the majority of which are traditional masonry build housing schemes.

The role will be to work with the Commercial Manager to cover all commercial aspects of each development of up to 4 at one time.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a developer who is not driven purely by KPI's but by building a high end home.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working within the residential development sector either for a similar house builder or a large corporate developer
