Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge working for a friendly charity?

We have an exciting opportunity working as an executive assistant supporting the CEO, the other part of the role will be working in the operations team supporting with international recruitment.

For this role, you will need to be a motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic!

The Role:
* To help arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including board meetings and sub-committees including the collation and distribution of papers
* Support the CEO with their administrative tasks
* To support the CEO with external correspondence
* Support with presentation writing
* To provide effective diary management and travel support for the CEO
* To record, transcribe and distribute minutes for Board and committee meetings ensuring appropriate sign off before distribution
* Effectively manage expense claims for the CEO and trustees
* Maintain confidentiality on all tasks being carried out for and with the Chief Executive
* Undertake occasional travel within the UK to fulfil the above tasks - for example to Board or Committee meetings.
* To provide office support in the recruitment process by phone and email including dealing with enquiries and complaints from employers or participants.
* To process applications from participants for placements making careful checks against agreed criteria.
* To be responsible for ordering office stationery and keeping the spend within budget.
* Dealing with general post, e-mail (including group emails) and telephone enquiries as required.
* To maintain regular contact with all farms in order to monitor, review and process their requirements and applications.
* Once trained to give basic advice on regulations concerning pay, health and safety, tax and National Insurance and referring more complex questions.
* Process requests for transfer by matching skills and availability of participants to employers' needs.

For this role you must be:
* Enthusiastic
* Have a high level of interpersonal skills
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Previous experience as a EA/PA
