CNC Programmer - Permanent Days
Salary - Up to £16.5ph
Benefits -28 days holiday, Overtime Available, 39 Hours/week Monday to Thursday

Amazing opportunity as a CNC Programmer, to join a rapidly expanding company.
A successful CNC Programmer will pride themselves on their company morale and creating a motivated and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme, Set and run CNC Mills.
Experience with driven tooling and y axis facilities on machines
Produce programmes and parts to drawing and at commercially viable cycle times.
Review new sub contract enquiries to produce accurate cycle times and tooling requirements for the sales team.
Create efficient 3, 4 and 5 axis milling programmes.
Competent at setting and operate 3,4 and 5 axis machines
Produce tooling and setting sheets, as well as planning and designing necessary fixtures
Work with production manager and quality to devise operator check sheets.
Prove out new jobs.
Assist with the learning and development of apprentices.

Key Requirements:

Ideally apprenticed trained and from a time served engineering background.
Experience with Fanuc and Hedienhain controls essential.
Experienced Miller
Able to interpret and work to engineering drawings and 3D models
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance and Datum system
Experience with ONECNC software is desirable
