Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a nurse qualified registered manager for a nursing home in Steyning near Horsham. We are seeking a highly experienced nurse qualified manager who has experience in turning nursing homes around.

The home offers nursing care to elderly frail and dementia nursing residents. The client are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiences:-

• RGN or RMN Qualified - This is essential

• Proven track record on CQC as a Registered Manager

• Excellent leadership experience

• Must have experience managing elderly / dementia nursing homes

The client are looking to offer up to £55,000 for this role plus a competitive benefits package.
