IT Technician - Entry Level

Salary: £18k

Location: Worthing

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30

You will already have strong communication skills, and ideally have a programming background with a pro-active interest in all things IT.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a great service whilst supporting the organisations IT users
• Providing technical support, advice and guidance
• Assisting in the day-to day support of the firm's IT requirements
• Liaising with department heads regarding their IT requirements
• Assisting with on-going IT projects
• Monitoring and maintaining network servers, routers, PC's and other hardware
• Ensuring all new members of staff receive a full IT induction
• Ad-hoc projects

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally web programming knowledge is preferred but not essential
• Enthusiastic to learn
• Strong team working skills
• Good technical judgement and problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in IT
