Title: Assistant Site Manager

Sector: Residential

Salary: £35, 000 to £40, 000 plus package per annum

Location: Crawley

We now have an immediate requirement for an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the country’s biggest Developers who have won a range of awards. They have enjoyed a massive level of growth over the last few years and have projects lined up for the next twenty years.

They work on a wide range of projects in and around the country, with this project based in Crawley. Moving forward, all projects in the pipeline will be in and around the M3 corridor (South). As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be part of the team which will help drive this project from start to a successful finish. This is a great opportunity to develop your management career with one of the most well-known developers in the game. 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager 
  • Knowledge of and experience on residential developments
  • CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid at Work
  • Microsoft Office understanding
  • A Construction or Engineering degree is *Desirable* but not essential or a strong trades background.

The successful Assistant Site Manager can build a long-term career and develop into a fully-fledged Site Manager with further opportunities to move into Project Management.
