Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a driven Sales Support - Office Administrator to strengthen the sales team/customer services team for one of the world's largest aircraft parts suppliers based in Slinfold.

With over 35 years' experience in the industry, this successful, family owned business focuses on the supply, loan, exchange and repair of high quality commercial aircraft components worldwide.

In this role you will ensure that all commercial and administrative affairs are handled correctly during the sales process. You will be working closely together with your colleagues of the sales team, and your main job is to provide excellent customer service for our European/Middle Eastern/African and Asian customers.

Duties include:

- Processing orders and directly managing customer requests.
- Providing support to the sales team in pre/post related activities.
- Managing complaints and process Warranty claims/RMA accurately in accordance with rules
and procedures.
- Handle all customer service related e-mails/calls.
- Creating and monitoring of Repair orders.
- Recording and processing of all customer data in our CRM system.
- Monitor (back) orders with regard to delivery dates and specific customer requirements.
- Assisting with all other administrative tasks for the sales team.

Skills and requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Strong planning and organising skills, focus on quality & details and proactive and commercial attitude.
- The ability to work independently and also be part of the team.
- Full time availability (40 hrs.).
- Commercial awareness and driven to reach targets.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage.
