37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Chichester College Group is looking to appoint two Funding Co-ordinators who will be based at its Crawley Campus in West Sussex but will also be required to carry out work at its Brinsbury Campus. This varied role, in a busy office environment, will be responsible for ensuring that all student records are maintained accurately and in accordance with internal requirements and those of external bodies such as the funding agencies.
You will be expected to develop expert knowledge on the funding arrangements relating to qualifications offered, and use this knowledge to support curriculum and student success for both Crawley and Brinsbury Colleges. You will also be responsible for generating accurate college-wide information returns such as Individual Learner Records, as requested by the Student Records & Funding Supervisor.
You will be proficient in the use of Capita’s Unit E student records system and have a working knowledge of the ESFA funding guidance as well as proven customer service skills.
