Hunters’ client is a growing telecommunications equipment supplier that offer tailored support to their wide range of clients across the UK. They are looking for a high-calibre candidate to work in the Account management team, developing their current customer base to increase spend. They are looking for someone to focusing on identifying and developing business through pro-active outbound calls to identify sales opportunities as well as maximise existing business.
Job Description
* Revitalising relationships with dormant customers using existing data
* Developing new sales areas to maximise the company’s sales potential
* Developing areas of specialisation within the product portfolio
* Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly targets
* Taking, processing or passing on orders placed via telephone and also the internet as required
* Advising customers on new products & services as they become available
* Providing an efficient service and a high standard of liaison with customers
* Troubleshooting any problems that occur during the whole of the sales process
* Keeping good relationships with companies suppliers and all contacts
* Liaising with all departments/personnel to ensure good communication between departments
Person Specification
* Desirable – experience in selling IT hardware
* Driven and motivated
* Customer focused, always willing to go above and beyond
* Degree level desirable
* Sales and/or Account Management experience
* Personable, professional and reliable
