This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative company that sell leading products to their business customers. This position sits within the Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

We are recruiting for a Commercial Analyst who will support the sales, marketing and commercial departments through analysis and reporting to provide a greater understanding and awareness of the effectiveness of sales activities. You will be responsible for creation of sales dashboards, workflow setup, procedure management, coordination of campaign management, reporting and effective management and maintenance of data integrity within Salesforce.com.

  • Producing end of month reporting, implementing improvements and focusing on protecting and investing the companies profit margin.
  • Managing daily, weekly and monthly reports using Excel and the Tableau BI Tool, ensuring accurate data is turned in to relevant and useful information.
  • Working with project teams and other stakeholders through issues and operational challenges, understanding the cost drivers, and providing insight to non-finance members and sales force team.
  • Building strong relationships and providing detailed product and range analysis to support both NPD & purchasing teams.
  • Delivering training to Sales Force team (salesforce.com) and Tableau users.
  • Managing the salesforce platform, ensuring management and maintenance of data integrity.
  • Creating sales dashboards, workflow setup, data and forecast information for weekly sales meetings.
  • Coordinating campaign management and month end reporting including pipeline, order forecasting and CRM analytics updates.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial or Financial Analyst with excellent communications skills. The ability to move around the business and speak to different departments to gain a greater understanding of the business as a whole is essential. You must have advanced Excel knowledge and experience using other business intelligence tools, Salesforce or Tableau would be an advantage.
