We are looking for an experienced and qualified chef to join our small kitchen team at the Dragon Bar.

The position is available with immediate start, and is approximately 42 hours per week, with a gross pay of £420.00

You will need to be self motivated & skilled in planning a seasonal fresh menu. You will run the kitchen on your shifts & must be able to work well under pressure during busy periods.

Applicants must be prepared to undertake all aspects of the job from menu planning to food preparation and daily cleaning.

The Dragon Bar was established in 2005 in Hastings Old Town. We are a busy bar, serving food all day from noon to 10pm, 7 days a week. We have an open, small kitchen at the end of the bar. The kitchen team each day is made up of two people, the chef & the kitchen assistant. All our food is fresh and prepared on site.

We are looking for an experienced chef, however if you’re young, qualified and just starting your career, we would be interested to talk to you, especially if you have a passion for fresh, local, seasonal food.
