Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the class teacher to ensure the lessons run smoothly
- Tracking student progress
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small group sessions
- Ensuring all students have equal access to education
- Creating a fun and positive learning environment
- Providing personal care
- Ensuring the classroom is health and safety enabled
- Using your own interests to engage learners
- Supervising students on educational visits
- Participating in therapy sessions
- Completing training courses

Key Requirements:
- Keen interest in care/education and willingness to progress
- Must have own means of transport
- Ability to work well as a team
- Understanding of the social-emotional health of individual students
