Location: East Preston, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Shifts: Days only
Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home located in East Preston, West Sussex. This warm and cosy nursing home creates a friendly and welcoming environment for the residents and their families. The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale at the home is very high.
This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in East Preston. This small specialised care home with nursing provides care for elderly residents and patients with complex mental health needs such as Dementia and Alzheimers as well of a range of physical disabilities. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
