Vacancy description  

This is a very varied role and duties will include:

• Customer Services: Applicants will be required to deal with customer queries via phone, email and to build good customer relationships
• Sales: Applicants will be required take orders from customers via the phone or by email and create a sales order and Invoice using QuickBooks
• Admin: General paperwork filing and organisation
• Data Entry: Applicants will be required to add new products and pricing to our inventory and website. This will also include taking pictures and weights of products
• Stock Control: Applicants may have to carry out accurate stock counts and be able to re-order any products that are running low
• Order Fulfilment and Dispatch: Applicants will be required to pick, pack and order from a sales invoice and dispatch the order to the correct customer
• Marketing: Applicants will be required to upload good quality content onto social media on a daily basis to promote the company 

Full training will be given.
