As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will responsible for dealing with customers on a business level. You will need to be able to demonstrate you have actively answered calls from businesses, in a customer service capacity and then provided an excellent service to resolve any issue or ensure the customer is looked after.

Hours: 9.00am - 5:30pm

Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities;

  • Managing phone calls and emails from clients
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Working to SLA's
  • Updating the company CRM system with all conversations and customer data
  • Escalating any issues where necessary
  • Liaising with various departments to investigate and resolve any complaints

  • Managerial experience
  • Demonstrate patience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Technical experience
  • Computer Literate

Must have B2B experience
