We are recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join our team at Adecco in Chichester.

Working in an extremely fast paced environment, you will ideally have some previous commercial experience. You MUST be computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel. Being in a business/customer facing role, you will need be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

No two days are the same in the office so we are looking for a talented individual who is able to handle a fast paced environment with the ability to liaise with candidates and clients confidently.

A Varied, busy role, duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the branch and all telephone calls, greeting with a friendly approach and in a professional, business like manner
* Provide an efficient and accurate administrative service for the branch
* Register candidates for temporary work and adding their details to our database
* Take up references for candidates prior to them starting work
* Running the weekly payroll for temporary associates, processing their holiday and P45 requests
* Organising merchandise for consultant visits
* Post job advertisements online adhering to corporate guidelines
* Where appropriate, handle incoming CV's and arrange registration appointments
* Where appropriate, assist to fill vacancies
* Working with the recruitment consultant - arranging interviews, sending out interview confirmations via email and screening candidates
* Resource for candidates and/or leads for new business

You will need:
* To understand the role is extremely fast paced
* Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are achieved at all times
* Be able to work closely with colleagues to achieve objectives/targets of the branch
* Have the ability to think on your feet and work independently when needed

Skills/Experience:
* Previous office experience, knowledge of a recruitment environment would be an advantage
* You must be PC literate and be able to use MS Office packages
* Excellent people skills
* Confident and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Be happy to embrace change
* Ability to work in highly pressurised and targeted environment essential

This role is based in Chichester Town Centre. Salary will depend on experience and you will receive 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28. Flexible benefits, child care vouchers, and pension scheme.
