Sessional hours (approx 15 hours per week), fixed term until June 2020
Based at the West Durrington Campus, Worthing
We are seeking to recruit a part-time Sessional Lecturer to join the delivery team for our Media degrees: FdA Digital Filmmaking (Levels 4 and 5), FdA Photography (Levels 4 and 5) and BA (Hons) top-up Creative Media Practice (Level 6). The member of staff will be based at our West Durrington University Centre.
You will require experience of professional level photography including studio lighting, darkroom, post production (Photoshop, InDesign) also of analogue and digital cameras for both filming and photography. You will also require the ability to teach at higher education/degree level.
It would also be useful to have experience with editing software (Final Cut) and to be able to lead and critically evaluate photographic/film work. You will also require a full teaching qualification (or be working towards the qualification).
