As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming all staff and visitors, providing an overall customer experience. In addition, providing administrative support and carrying out reception duties.

Location: Brighton

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities;

• Answering incoming calls and making notes
• Maintaining our client experience e.g. meet & greet
• Meeting rooms responsibility
• Post duties
• Scanning
• Records returning to clients
• Supplier orders e.g. stationery, kitchen supplies
• Kitchen tidiness, including loading & unloading of dishwasher at start of day and as appropriate to ensure sufficient crockery for visitors etc.
• Ad hoc tasks to support the secretaries &/or office manager, as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience;

• Excellent time management
• Strong Administrative skills
• Strong Customer Service ethic
• Work in a pressurised environment
• Self-motivated
