Technical Support / Sales Advisor required. I am recruiting for a leading distributor of largely controls-based smart-home technology in the Bosham area. This is a chance to join a fast-growing market and an ambitious international business looking to only provide state-of-the-art world-class home automation products.

As a Technical Support / Sales Advisor, you will be involved in various functions of the company. You will be speaking to customers, providing them technical support on a variety products including controls via phone, email and the web-chat service on their website. Following this you will be solving any technical control issues that the customer may have with the product if there is a fault or configuration issue.

As Technical Support / Sales Advisor, you will be assisting them with the specification of projects. This may involve occasional site visits to provide technical support or presentations to educate customers on the products. You will be building strong relationships with these customers. You will be actively searching for new opportunities and picking up leads for the accounts manager and the sales team to follow up on.

This opportunity would be perfectly suited for someone who has technical support experience, with technical understanding of products. They will have some telephone or customer service experience. Someone who is organised and has excellent computer skills. They should have experience working with controls, HVAC systems, BMS or electrical components. Any experience working with products that have controls is valid.

Technical Support / Sales Advisor Package:

• £25K to 30K basic salary
• Annual bonus
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
