The ethos of the home is team orientated based on a famly culture. The home has a strong structure in place, creating set boundries for both staff (key workers) and young people to adhere to. The home works with the I.C.O.N framwork to the five outcomes for young people.

Our client has 4 registered Children's Homes within the Surrey, and Horsham surrounding areas. The homes are surrounded in beautiful countryside locations, with each home having a unique inviting atmosphere for young males to feel at home in. The ideal candidate would have experience of challenging behaviour with teenage boys. The home offers Young people a safe place to be able to move forward in a secure, structured, therapeutic environment.
