Here at Red Flag Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Director of Customer Service who has an extensive background of contact center experience and who is looking for a strategic role with a seat at the table.

The Director of Customer Service is charged with leading our client’s company mission of providing superior customer service to their customers.

Responsibilities of a Director of Customer Service:

  • Maintain the appropriate policies and procedures to support customer service agents in providing the best service possible.
  • Manage a large team of dedicated Customer Service Contact Agents that act according to company high standards to interact with customers.
  • Develop, mentor and inspire a team that embraces a culture of delighting customers.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Work with management and in-house software development team to make sure your team’s support agents in delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements of a Director of Customer Service:

  • Degree educated is highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing customer service contact centers.
  • Success managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm.

Competitive Salary: Between £75,000-£100,000/annum (dependent on experience).
