The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in his restaurant, that is currently pushing for a Michelin star

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking fresh ingredients, somebody who is keen to learn new skills and cook amazing food.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly and talented team assisting with a variety of daily tasks which will include organising a section, training juniors and cooking through service

Live in is available if required but will also suit applicants will need to living in the Gatwick Crawley East Grinstead or Possibly Redhill area with their own transport.
