Maintenance Electrician / Static Electrical Engineer
Working for one of the leading Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance / Facilities Maintenance companies in the UK. As a company they employ over 2,000 multi-skilled engineers and turnover more than £1.5 billion

You will be working on one of the biggest & fastest growing contracts in the city and will have support of approved sub contractors and the mobile division as well as being part of an on site larger team.
The working hours are based on a continental shift pattern with a salary on offer of up to £42,000
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding and electrical repair.
Critical site knowledge would be advantagous as well as experience of UPS systems, Chillers and other data centre equipment.
HV experience is desirable but not essential
Whilst on site you might also be required from time to time to carry out some more general building maintenance, this could be replacing a ceiling tile, or putting a door handle back on for example
The role comes with tools, PDA / Laptop, plenty of overtime, as well as the chance to work for one of the biggest FM companies in the UK
You will need to be a qualified electrical and will have electrical qualifications such as Electrical Installation parts 1&2, A&B, 17th / 18th edition or any equivalent electrical qualifications.
