Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment LTD are seeking an Account Manager to work in central Brighton on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an immediate start for the successful candidate.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for progression and the next step in their career.
We are seeking a top performing Account Manager who has experience with dealing with complex B2C sales environment.
Main duties:
- Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the product and the industry affecting or influencing the marketplace and provide insights to customers.
- Engaging with customers and account management teams for account history, provide due diligence and review customer’s data.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers through regular communication over inbound and outbound calls as well as emails.
- Plan proactive solutions that grow revenue and meet clients & customer’s needs.
- Continually develop industry knowledge, strengthen business acumen and grow professionally.
- Identify opportunities and follow up/through on requests. Ensure the account team is continually putting the customer first and providing world class service.
About you:
- Minimum a year experience as an Account Manager.
- Experience in a Sales environment.
- Experience in Recruitment would be a big bonus.
- Degree educated (Preferable)
- Excellent communicator.
- Able to deal with complex information in a fast paced and competitive environment.
- Driven to do well and succeed within a team.
- Proven record of juggle multiple tasks at the same time in a relevant role.
£21,000 starting salary + team bonus
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
