Support Workers
Support workers required to work within a well-established residential home providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum
* Location: Worthing, BN11
* Hours: Days/Nights and weekends
* Shifts: various shifts available (please let us know your availability)
* Pay: Rates of pay £9.20 to £10.75 per hour, dependent on shift.
* Assignments: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Requirements for a Support Workers “Must Have”
* Experienced as a Support Worker
* Kind, compassionate and caring
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience of working with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and people on the autistic spectrum preferred.
* NVQ2 /SVQ2 in Health and Social Care
* Evidence of Mandatory training within the last 12 months
* Certification in Practical Moving and Handling within the last 12 months
* Enhanced DBS completed within the last 12 months
* Have access to a smart device with internet access to manage your shifts
