Accounts Assistant

Location: Shoreham by Sea

Salary: £20k-£24k

Hours: Full time

You will already have some exposure within a finance team and ideally be studying AAT and have great attention to detail?

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Updating Excel spreadsheets
• Liaising with sales and purchase ledger as required
• Dealing with sales receipts and invoices
• Preparing cash flow forecasts
• Analysing data
• Updating the accountancy CRM system

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent IT skills inclusive of Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)
• Bank reconciliation experience
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Studying AAT
• Great communication skills
