Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Forest Row, East Sussex.

They predominantly build houses and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 3 or 4 stories high (no RC frame). Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they're starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 4 sites).

The role will report into the Managing Surveyor. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential new build (flatted) developments.

In return our client offers a generous basic salary, full package and bonus system.
