Do you speak fluent German/English and want to have an International experience within B2B client service? If yes, this may be the golden opportunity for you!
Our client is needing fluent German speakers, that want to work within the B2B (Business to Business) sector within a lovely office based in Brighton, Sussex.
This is a Monday to Friday, full time permanent role.
Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Salary of £10.00/hr - Weekly pay.
Here at Red Flag Recruitment, we are looking specifically for candidates that have a good work attitude and previous telephone/customer service experience.
It’s essential that all Customer Consultants create and maintain solid customer relations through expert handling of all questions and queries of the customer. This role also involves data entry and use of software.
Job Requirements of a Customer Consultants:
- Native/fluent in German and have fluent English in a conversational level.
- Politeness and great communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in groups.
- Able to work full time.
- PC/Software skills.
